Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and unforeseen circumstances can arise. To provide you with transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy for our travel package:

General Policy

  • All reservations, whether paid in full or under an approved payment plan, are subject to the cancellation terms outlined below. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Standard Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations made more than ninety (90) days prior to the scheduled trip start date:
    The Client will receive a refund equal to fifty percent (50%) of all payments made to date.

  • Cancellations made within ninety (90) days of the scheduled trip start date:
    No refunds will be issued.

Payment Plans & Voluntary Cancellation

  • Clients participating in a payment plan must be current on all scheduled payments at the time of cancellation to be eligible for any refund.

  • If a Client voluntarily cancels their reservation before any payment becomes past due or in default, any refund due will be calculated according to the standard cancellation terms above, based solely on the amount paid to date, not the total trip cost.

Non-Payment & Default Cancellation

  • Cancellations resulting from non-payment are not considered voluntary cancellations and are non-refundable, regardless of how far in advance the trip date is.

  • Scuba Friends reserves the right to cancel a Client’s reservation, without refund of any amounts paid, if:

  • The Client fails to make two (2) scheduled payments, or

  • Any payment remains outstanding for more than thirty (30) days past its due date,
    whichever occurs first.

  • Upon cancellation for non-payment, Scuba Friends may, at its sole discretion, resell or reassign the reservation without any obligation to the Client.

Additional Terms

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Processing fees or third-party transaction fees may be non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused services, late arrivals, early departures, or trip interruptions.

  • Trip transfers, credits, or substitutions are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of Scuba Friends.

  • Trip reservations may be transferred to another individual only if the request is made more than 90 days prior to the trip start date and the original registrant has paid the trip in full. Transfers are subject to our approval and any applicable administrative fees.
