Frequently Asked Questions
Can I join your trips if I'm traveling alone, and will I feel welcomed in the group?
Absolutely! Our trips are designed for everyone, including solo travelers. In fact, many of our participants join us on their own, and our friendly and inclusive group dynamic ensures that you'll feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. Our experienced guides foster a supportive atmosphere, encouraging connections among fellow travelers. Whether you're an avid solo adventurer or simply seeking a new experience, our trips provide a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded individuals and forge meaningful connections. Rest assured, you'll be part of a welcoming community that embraces the spirit of exploration and camaraderie.
Can I bring a friend that isn't a scuba diver?
Yes! This is the one exception that we make to our rule. Non-divers can't sign up for our trips, but divers can bring a guest if they would like. They would do all of the other adventures with us, but on the dive days would sit on the boat and enjoy the experience. Additionally, there is often the opportunity for them to snorkel while we dive. They could also use this as an additional free day to sit on the beach or explore the local area.
My children are scuba certified. Can I bring them?
Unfortunately, we require all attendees to be 18 years of age or older.
Do you offer scuba classes?
We stick to what we are good at, and that is creating unforgettable experiences! We do not do any training or certification classes during any of our trips. This includes check-out dives, advanced training, and enriched air.
There is a LOT on the itinerary. Do I have to do everything?
Not at all. We know that many of these trips will be a bucket list trip and want to make sure that there is an opportunity to experience as much as possible. You can do as much or as little as you want. It is YOUR vacation so do what you would like.
Do I need a passport for your trips?
All of our trips are outside of the United States. This will require a passport for not only entering the respective countries, but for returning home. A passport is required and many countries will require it to have six months before expiration.
What level of scuba certification do you require?
We require every diver to have the basic open water certification from either PADI, SDI, SSI, or NAUI. We also require every diver to have completed a dive within the past twelve months. We do not require advanced training for any of our trips.
What is the average group size for the tours?
We limit our group size to 12 people to keep it personal. These smaller groups allow for a closer connection with your fellow explorers and a more personalized interaction with our experienced guides.
Will there be someone to guide and assist me during the trip to ensure everything goes smoothly?
Absolutely! Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities. A dedicated group leader will be with you every step of the way, ensuring that your trip is not only memorable but also perfect.
